MY FITNESS PLAN "A"

Good morning to you,
How was your weekends? Mine was so occupied but and good. These days, so much has been talked about on weight loss techniques, how to hit the gym for fitness and so on etc, well those sounds good in fact i like been fit, though i have been off gym recently but i have come up with ways we can achieve fitness not only physically but spiritually too.
I call it, "My Fitness Plan A". it's simple you don't need the gym and you are your instructor! Well here are ways you can achieve wellness and fitness spiritually and physically;

1. Begin your day with prayer.
Waking up every day healthy or even sick is a miracle, remember not everybody that slept woke this morning, so be thankful to the Almighty God for the privilege to be alive.

2. Drink lots of clean water daily.
Researchers have shown the benefits of drinking lots of clean water, it helps your body in ways you can't even imagine, example, it helps in  digestion and rehydration etc, so start your day with a clean glass of water.

3. Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables.
Make use of the local fruits and vegetable around you, it's cheap and affordable, be creative find other ways you can still prepare the same fruits and vegetable in your meals and it looks appetizing e.g. Making smoothies, fruit salads etc.

4. Train every day.
To achieve your goal you must be consistent in your plan no matter how busy you are don't forget to your daily Bible study, it makes you fit spiritually and of course your physical exercise, 5 sit ups or push ups it's just enough daily or more so and evening walk its rejuvenating try it!

5.  Practice discipline in little things.
It's easy to overlook things that are insignificant to us but the news it's THOSE THINGS MATTER'S! My Principal at Secondary those days do preach about little sins huge results, pay strict attention to little things they really count. Practice saying "NO" to certain habits you've acquired or some friendship invitations in that way you easily can control your excesses.

6. Be Consistent.
Practice they say makes perfect,it's easy to backslide over time when you choose to be unaware or yield to  pressures  (yes most times the life we live is our choice) so to be strong and true to the positive spiritual and social values you have acquired you need to be consistent on your decisions, watch it!

7.  Practice No Exceptions.
In this programme plan, let nobody make you change your stands on your positive spiritual and Social values, your friends or even family, NO BODY!! It may be hard in the beginning but later people will see reason to adjust to your standard of living that way, you have started training others unconsciously so long as your course or values are "just"

8. Practice Praise.
A time will come when its seems prayers are not answered, its well, so long as your faith is strong you will get your answers in due time. While you are still waiting your answers or when you feel discouraged burst into praise! give God a treat with your voice and watch him nod to harmonies your voice brings. Well, i will be waiting over here to share in your "What happened next Testimonies"

Be determined ! Be courageous! Be Persistent! Be resilient ! see you at the other side!

What's Your Vision for This Year?

Ann Mbah wrote...

Where there is no vision, the people perish.' Proverbs 29:18 KJV
What are you planning to do with this New Year? What you set your heart on will determine how you spend your time and energy. And it takes as much effort to live an unfulfilled life as a richly rewarding one. Some scientists have recently estimated that the human brain has between 10 and 100 terabytes of capacity, which means we all have lots of room for growth. One of the most rewarding things you can do this year is work to develop your mind. ‘Where there is no vision [sense of direction], the people perish.’

Dissatisfaction doesn’t come from the absence of things, but the absence of direction. Too many of us merely exist because we’ve settled for less than God intended. The quality of your life will be determined by your vision and the effort you’re willing to put into fulfilling it. So stop and make a written list of the areas where you’d like to grow this year, then tackle the three or four most important ones. Don’t get discouraged if the one you’re working on doesn’t want to co-operate; nothing great is ever created suddenly.

Paul said of his faith, ‘ I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. ’ (Philippians 3:14 ESV) It’s a process; you have to keep plugging away. Some days it’ll feel like two steps forward and three steps backward. But don’t give up. It’s better to die for something than to live for nothing! And unless you try something beyond what you’ve already mastered, you won’t grow.
So what are you waiting for? Life? It’s waiting for you—so get going!

Have a very splendid year!
