Foods to prevent bad breath ...


Are you having problems with bad breath? Bad breath can indeed reduce the confidence and interfere with your communication with others. Need a quick solution to handle it?

Relax, you do not need to bother looking bathroom just to brush your teeth and rinsing after eating, it turns out with these foods; we can have fresh breath all the time.

Here are some foods to prevent bad breath..

1. GREEN TEA.
Green tea, in green tea called catechins-containing active substances that can kill bacteria in the mouth as well as eliminating sugar from the plaque. The bacteria that cause bad breath can also be treating. Drinking green tea every day is recommended to eliminate the odor.
2. LEMON
Lemon, slices of lemon on the food when we eat in restaurants is not without reasons. Because the lemon wedges can neutralize bad breath or smell of food that is strong enough. Like the smell of fish or the smell of onions.

3. YOGURT.
Yogurt is a probiotic drink that is good for digestion. If taken every day, beverages or probiotics food can help maintain digestive health. If the digestive system smoothly, bad breath can be inhibited. However, if you have any problems with the hull, yogurt consumption should be limited.

4. CARROTS.
Carrots, at chew foods that contain fiber, will help the mouth produce saliva, which creates a natural mouth cleanser. Many dentists recommend chewing carrots or apples, to reduce bad breath. In addition, fiber is also good for digestive health and helps you on a diet program.

5. CINNAMON.
Cinnamon, a new study of the cinnamon-flavored Big Red gum found that cinnamon might contain breath-odor combating abilities. Different from other flavors, cinnamon is not just a cover-up, Wolner tells to WebMD. 

In fact, he says, an ingredient in the flavoring appears to actually decrease the bacteria in your mouth. The only problem is that sugar gums are bad for your teeth, so stick to sugarless cinnamon-flavored gum instead.

6. MINT LEAVES.
Mint leaves, mint can help eliminate the odor after eating onions or garlic. It commonly used in foods or beverages that can give fresh and delicious aroma effect in the mouth. Apart from mint leaves, you can also use cinnamon if any.



7. WARM WATER.
Warm water, the final way but powerful enough to reduce bad breath by drinking warm water. Because by drinking warm water can stimulate saliva properly. By rinsing with warm water can take off dirt and melting fat from between the teeth that cause bad breath.

 Pregnant women do need good nutrition for the health of the fetus. During pregnancy, moms usually prefer to eat snack than main meal. But often the snacks consumed by pregnant women have no nutritional value, so it will only add fat to the body.


Here are some of optional snacks to consume by pregnant women due to have a high nutritional value, good nutrition and rich in benefits for the fetus.


1. Sunflowers seeds.
Apparently sunflowers seeds are healthy snack that contain good nutrients such as iron content, unsaturated fats, antioxidants and is good for mom and brain development of the babies.


2. Eggs.
Eggs are a great source of protein. Protein supplies all the essential amino acids, which are the building blocks for hormones, skin, tissues, and more in the body. You can eat eggs as boiled, scrambled or omelet.


3. Yellow Pumpkin.
Pumpkin has fiber which is used to aid digestion. We certainly heard that pregnant women often experience constipation. Pumpkin good for improving digestion and is also rich in antioxidants.


4. Popcorn
Popcorn is a great snack that is quick and easy to make. They are low in fat, it also filling and low in calories. Popcorn can be made in the microwave, and there are even small sizes available.


5. Fish oil.
Fish oil is healthy for pregnant women is because the omega-3 fatty acids in fish are good to help baby's brain growth and also prevents it from tainting.


6. Honey and Yoghurt.
Honey and yoghurt contain vitamins A, D and calcium to help bone formation of the fetus. In other way, it can help pregnant women to prevent bone becomes porous.


7. Peanuts.
Nuts are a source of fiber and protein abundance that is needed for the mother and fetus. In addition, many nursing mothers are also advised to eat nuts because it is very helpful in increasing milk production. Almonds, cashews, and pecans are a good choice. Almonds can Reduced bad cholesterol, heart disease and weight loss. Pecans contain more antioxidants than other nut. Pecans may Reduced the risk of heart disease.

2. Do not leave cheap nail polish to wear off on its own, there's a reason they sell nail polish remover...

3. If you can’t afford good quality weaves, don’t bother. Just pack your hair neatly.

4. Do not do artificial nails that make you look like a dragon queen, being simple is always sexy. Just try it once and you will love doing it always. Have you heard men talk about a lady being natural before? It's because they like natural women.

5. See-through leggings or a top used as a dress when you are out in public is a hell-to-the-no!

6. Never do things for a man with a hope of getting something in return, expectations are dangerous. Do it because you simply want to.

7. Never contradict what your man says in public.

8. Never stalk the man that left you for the other woman.

9. Do not share your best friend's personal life with every Tom, Dick and Harry.

10. Women should never act on distress in relationships like checking your man’s phone, nagging him to death, and acting like a paranoid freak. You will simply release him to someone else by doing so.
