9 Bitter truths about relationships.

Hey there! i found this interested share with me please..
Relationships have its ups and downs, but one good thing about anything that has its ups and downs is that you come off it a better and stronger person; it can be compared to a staircase; climbing stairs of a giant building might be complicated and difficult and even tiring but it’s one of the best forms of exercises for the legs.

When you enter a relationship, there are certain truths about relationships that you should be prepared for, and that’s what this article is all about.

9 Bitter truth abouth relationships

1. NOT EVERY RELATIONSHIP WOULD LEAD TO MARRIAGE

You can’t marry everybody you date and the possibility of marrying the first person that you date is always very slim and this is one bitter truth about relationships. Many enter some relationships with the hope that it might lead to marriage but it hardly ever does. Some relationships are meant to shape you for the real deal but not every person you meet is the real deal.

2. NOT EVERYONE WHO SAYS I LOVE YOU MEANS IT

‘I love you’ are the three most bastardised words you might ever hear; not everyone would love you; some people might say they love you but they don’t and just after a few days or weeks of dating they get bored of the whole thing and would want to quit. Sometimes lust could be judged to be love and you should be ready for that just in case it happens.

3. NOT ALL RELATIONSHIPS WOULD HAVE A HAPPY ENDING

Life is no Cinderella story,  sometimes it could end sadly like Titanic and sometimes it wouldn’t; relationships are unpredictable and the fact that it started out well doesn’t mean it would always end well; sometimes the gallops along the way could be unbearable.

5. YOU CAN’T BE PERFECT FOR EVERYONE

You can’t be compatible with everyone; some of your relationships could be like a tug of war, some would have a lot of arguments and misunderstanding and in some you would be that perfect person. The fact that your relationship partner might actually love you or you love that person doesn’t mean you would be perfect for each other; sometimes, it wouldn’t just pan out well.

6. HEARTBREAKS ARE A LIKELY SCENARIO

The fact that all relationship you enter wouldn’t work out well means that heartbreaks isn’t all that inevitable. Humans are imperfect and we all make mistakes but sometimes those mistakes could prove costly and it might just lead to a heart breaking experience.

7. RELATIONSHIPS AREN’T ALL A BED OF ROSES

People make that mistake of entering a relationship and feel it would just work out well so easy. Relationship takes work, what you give is what you would get; if you put in little efforts you would get same. Don’t expect a relationship to work on its own; you need to mould it, you need to shape it.

8. A GOOD LOOKING PARTNER DOESN’T GUARANTEE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP

People enter relationships with someone just because of beauty and that’s a dangerous mistake. Beauty is deceptive; the love that beauty brings is fleeting, if you base your relationship only on this then you have successfully sealed a relationship that might be on the verge of ending before it starts.

9. MONEY CAN’T REALLY BUY LOVE

Money can buy a whole lot of things but true love isn’t really one of those. It can only fetch you temporary love but true love is a genuine feeling from the heart and it doesn’t need money to make it happen. Any love bought with money might fade away especially when there is no money.

These nine truths are bitter but they are true as far as relationships are concerned.

PRAY FOR CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL'S AT IRAQ,SYRIA, NIGERIA ETC, ISIS BEHEADING CHRISTIANS AT IRAQ

Friends I was in tears this evening as I was reading this post by Linda Ikeji, I was so angry that I asked God “and You are there watching this and did nothing??” but then who am I to ask HIM a question? Who am I to ask him “why”?

Though even as i write this to you am fuming with anger but all I could only say is “May Your name be glorified” Yes may His name be glorified!! 1 Corinthians 10:31 says “Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God”.

Even in my grief, even as I look at the fears in the eye of those kids, the pains in the face of those men, even as I see death in the eyes of those women’s as their throats are being slit I say may your name be glorified but then,

How long oh Lord!! How long are we going to be leaving like this? In sorrow, in fears, not knowing what will happen next?? How long are we going to be slaughtered like chickens?
We need your strength, courage we need your DIVINE intervention least some Faithful’s fall…

As you look at these pictures below, say some prayers for brethren in Iraq, in Syria, in Nigeria etc who has lost their lives in the event of these atrocities by this Islamic terrorist.

For courage to those who will survive it and also for those who will still lose their lives, yes! those who will  lose their lives to them in future, that God may grant them the strength not to succumb to their faith, that they be faithful to the last and in death that they rest in the bosom of the most High till that day “the corruptible shall be made incorruptible” in Jesus name.

Islamist Militant group ISIS has been killing non-Muslims in many cities in Iraq and Syria in their effort to eradicate the Christian faith in the countries...and they are not sparing children. There have been several executions of believers, including crucifixions and the beheadings of children.

The children's heads are being erected on poles in a city park according to an eyewitness who spoke with CNN.
"There is a park in Mosul where they actually beheaded children and put their heads on a stick and have them in the park. The world hasn't seen this kind of atrocity in generations"  a prominent Chaldean-American businessman Mark Arabo told CNN

See some of the horrific photos + images of extreme brutality by ISIS on their prisoners. Members of the Sunni Shaitat tribe are taken from their homes rounded up and marched to their deaths. ISIS shared some these horrific images online. Continue...

Muhammed Ali's advice to his daughters..

As usual I came across this piece from a friend’s wall and I could not share in this Fatherly advice alone, read on…
An incident transpired when Muhammad Ali’s daughters arrived at his home wearing clothes that were quite revealing.

Here is the story as told by one of his daughters:
“When we finally arrived, the chauffeur escorted my younger sister, Laila, and me up to my father’s suite. As usual, he was hiding behind the door waiting to scare us.
We exchanged many hugs and kisses as we could possibly give in one day.

My father took a good look at us. Then he sat me down on his lap and said something that I will never forget.
He looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Hana, everything that God made valuable in the world is covered and hard to get to.

Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected.
Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell.

Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get to them.”

He looked at me with serious eyes. “Your body is sacred! You’re far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too!”

From the book: More Than A Hero: Muhammad Ali's Life Lessons Through His Daughter's Eyes.

This advice is not for the ladies alone it also for the gentlemen, if only we could see our body to be more precious than these gems and precious stones.

If only we could make our selves look costly then cheap people will not harass us, there will be less fornication, there will be less cases of rape etc,
If only we see our body to be scared, than the world will be a better place for us all.

Lets say this prayer..
Thank you lord for the gift of me,
Thank you for making me fearfully and wonderfully,
Thank you for making my body your temple,
Forgive me Father for dishonouring you with the way i dress,
By your grace and power help me to dress decent that my dressings will glorify you...
In Jesus name i pray.... Amen!

SHARE this piece with friends, this might change a friend’s perception today…

BE WATCHFUL OF YOUR SELF...

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2
We pray your help oh Lord in Jesus name Amen..
