Little is much when Christ is in it...

My people una happy new months oO, good to see una for this month of march, February was fun and challenging right ? but in all we give God the glory. ( As if i can speak pigin #Smiles)

My dear it's no news that the economy is so dramatic this days and every product is experiencing a price hike even to the common food commodities say garri for example, that one come tire me pass, wetin you wan make i talk give you for the so called pure water, (wish they 're all pure as thought).

But anyways as time goes by and the future remains assured by faith let's move with the time, it's a thing to pray God to make a way and another thing to stand up and find the way God has made.
Stand up, move out of your comfort zone if you still are, better opportunities awaits you, you never know until you try, you may not successful even in your 6th trial but never give up on yourself and your believe in God remember
Hebrew 11:6 (King James Bible) says;
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

And if you have something doing already well "congrat"! praise God for you, remember "one" is better than "zero" no matter how small it is now,  it will grow big someday, take a lesson from a bean seed, when planted germinates and with dedication and hard work put in caring for it, it grows and bears so much seeds, so its business, it may not be easy at the beginning but with much dedication and hard work put in it and above all committing it to God, the business will grow even big,

Zech 4:10 (New Living Translation) says  Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel's hand." (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the LORD that search all around the world.)

So be encouraged and never GIVE UP for little is MUCH when Christ is in it.
Make i Wish Una success as we enter this new month  oO. God bless Ur waka wella Amen oO .

Are You Discouraged? ( Copied )

Dr Ben Carson wrote;

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him, and every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.

Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements, and to store his few possessions. But then one day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, the smoke rolling up to the sky. The worst had happened; everything was lost. He was stunned with grief and anger. "God, how could you do this to me!" he cried.

Early the next day, however, he was awakened by the sound of a ship that was approaching the island. It had come to rescue him. "How did you know I was here?" asked the weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal," they replied.

It is easy to get discouraged when things are going bad. But we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives even in the midst of pain and suffering. Remember, next time your little hut is burning to the ground -- it just may be a smoke signal that summons the intervention of God.

TRUST ISSUES...MY TESTIMONY VOL.1

Happy new month to you! Its quiet exciting to know that the Lord is doing a new thing in your life this year, for me the Lord has been so faithful and it's been so amazing so far.
This morning as i was on my devotion i got this sweet inspiration and of course wants you to share in it.

You see, sometimes our prayers are not answered because we've got a lot of "trust issues" i.e. not trusting God in totality in everything and anything. And we've got to work on ourselves to eliminate this "character threat" for our prayers to be answered!

Recall trust is "firm believe in the reliability, ability, or strength of someone or confidence place in someone, making that person the nominal owner of our property and in this case our life"

A lot of us are scared to lose "what we think we've got" for what we are praying to have, Solomon tells us;

 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6  NIV

In other words we should be a firm believer in the reliability, truth, ability and strength of God, more so have confidence in HIM making him the owner of our life! i.e BELIEVING GOD IN EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.
Remember most times if not all the times you need to lose sight of where you are coming from to get to where you are going to trusting God in the process.

Come to think of this, if you trust the fact that your well fueled car will take you to your destination without hitches on way, you need to trust God even more that whenever you ask Him anything in prayer believing it's done, He will do it for you. I bet you, if you give God a little of the trust you put on your car or any other stuff, mountains will move on your behalf, then when you give him all, you can ask the earth the stop its rotation and it will happen!

Surprised?!! Ok you remember Joshua a trustworthy servant of God, when he asked the sun to stand still, it was done right, of course by now you know the sun does not move but the earth does so literally he stopped the earth from rotating on its axis for a time! You can do even much more for it is written

" The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.”  Haggai 2:9

And who is this temple that the Lord of Host is talking about ? You! You are the Temple of the most High God for it is written;

 " Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?"  1Corinthains 6-19. You see, there is so much you get when you trust God in total

Jesus tells us;
 " And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it" John 14:13-14

Now you have heard from the horse's mouth! What are you waiting for? what's holding you back? take a chill and look back it's not worth it! It's time to take that step "trusting God in totality" and see where HE takes you! the result might not be swift but then trust Him anyway the results will sure come because

 "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us" 1 John 5:14 NIV  Not only does he hear he answers us!

So my Dear whenever you decide don't forget to "Leave the driver's sit when you ask God to take over" there can't be two drivers on the same sit at a time.
Just TRUST HIM IN EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.

Am a Testimony of this, and will be glad sharing in your testimony too till then, i pray that "my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" Amen. Philippians 4:19  NIV.
Wishing you a blissful month!

MY FITNESS PLAN "A"

Good morning to you,
How was your weekends? Mine was so occupied but and good. These days, so much has been talked about on weight loss techniques, how to hit the gym for fitness and so on etc, well those sounds good in fact i like been fit, though i have been off gym recently but i have come up with ways we can achieve fitness not only physically but spiritually too.
I call it, "My Fitness Plan A". it's simple you don't need the gym and you are your instructor! Well here are ways you can achieve wellness and fitness spiritually and physically;

1. Begin your day with prayer.
Waking up every day healthy or even sick is a miracle, remember not everybody that slept woke this morning, so be thankful to the Almighty God for the privilege to be alive.

2. Drink lots of clean water daily.
Researchers have shown the benefits of drinking lots of clean water, it helps your body in ways you can't even imagine, example, it helps in  digestion and rehydration etc, so start your day with a clean glass of water.

3. Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables.
Make use of the local fruits and vegetable around you, it's cheap and affordable, be creative find other ways you can still prepare the same fruits and vegetable in your meals and it looks appetizing e.g. Making smoothies, fruit salads etc.

4. Train every day.
To achieve your goal you must be consistent in your plan no matter how busy you are don't forget to your daily Bible study, it makes you fit spiritually and of course your physical exercise, 5 sit ups or push ups it's just enough daily or more so and evening walk its rejuvenating try it!

5.  Practice discipline in little things.
It's easy to overlook things that are insignificant to us but the news it's THOSE THINGS MATTER'S! My Principal at Secondary those days do preach about little sins huge results, pay strict attention to little things they really count. Practice saying "NO" to certain habits you've acquired or some friendship invitations in that way you easily can control your excesses.

6. Be Consistent.
Practice they say makes perfect,it's easy to backslide over time when you choose to be unaware or yield to  pressures  (yes most times the life we live is our choice) so to be strong and true to the positive spiritual and social values you have acquired you need to be consistent on your decisions, watch it!

7.  Practice No Exceptions.
In this programme plan, let nobody make you change your stands on your positive spiritual and Social values, your friends or even family, NO BODY!! It may be hard in the beginning but later people will see reason to adjust to your standard of living that way, you have started training others unconsciously so long as your course or values are "just"

8. Practice Praise.
A time will come when its seems prayers are not answered, its well, so long as your faith is strong you will get your answers in due time. While you are still waiting your answers or when you feel discouraged burst into praise! give God a treat with your voice and watch him nod to harmonies your voice brings. Well, i will be waiting over here to share in your "What happened next Testimonies"

Be determined ! Be courageous! Be Persistent! Be resilient ! see you at the other side!

What's Your Vision for This Year?

Ann Mbah wrote...

Where there is no vision, the people perish.' Proverbs 29:18 KJV
What are you planning to do with this New Year? What you set your heart on will determine how you spend your time and energy. And it takes as much effort to live an unfulfilled life as a richly rewarding one. Some scientists have recently estimated that the human brain has between 10 and 100 terabytes of capacity, which means we all have lots of room for growth. One of the most rewarding things you can do this year is work to develop your mind. ‘Where there is no vision [sense of direction], the people perish.’

Dissatisfaction doesn’t come from the absence of things, but the absence of direction. Too many of us merely exist because we’ve settled for less than God intended. The quality of your life will be determined by your vision and the effort you’re willing to put into fulfilling it. So stop and make a written list of the areas where you’d like to grow this year, then tackle the three or four most important ones. Don’t get discouraged if the one you’re working on doesn’t want to co-operate; nothing great is ever created suddenly.

Paul said of his faith, ‘ I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. ’ (Philippians 3:14 ESV) It’s a process; you have to keep plugging away. Some days it’ll feel like two steps forward and three steps backward. But don’t give up. It’s better to die for something than to live for nothing! And unless you try something beyond what you’ve already mastered, you won’t grow.
So what are you waiting for? Life? It’s waiting for you—so get going!

SoulFood: 2 Th 1-3, Luke 1:1-10, Ps 90, Prov 1:1-7

Have a very splendid year!

Ann, God bless you and family for your time. Amen.
